The sweet taste of Pears from our farm combined with the delayed heat from the Jalapenos gives this jelly a taste that pairs with so many different foods!
I have converted many people at festivals to buyers of this fabulous jelly!
All of our jelly is made on the farm in our up-cycled government surplus containerized kitchen. The Solar panels on the kitchen make our jelly operation "Net-Zero" energy consumption to lower our carbon footprint.
